I have a brand new server I can put Minecraft on if you want to play.  It can probably support 6-8 people at once, though I don't actually know.

That would be lovely,  if you would be interested in doing that

I'd be interested in playing with some other people.  I've done mostly solo, except for a month when a friend of mine paid for a server.

I'm more interested in playing Trove, it means no maintenance for us.

Okay, but I'm looking for servers for Minecraft specifically in this thread.

My friend wants to play together, and of course others can play with us too. If donations are needed to run it, I'm game for that as well. I am just looking to see if anyone had one or not before I looked into attempting it myself.

I went ahead and upgraded the hardware.  The last server was constantly struggling, this one should have some more beef to it.  It should be the same exact world as you left it, but you all need to update your server bookmark:

Also they had to put granite there too for whatever reason

He wants to mine my cave and polish my stone.

The server is going down tonight (3/5/15) for maintenance-type things, it'll be back up asap.

The server is still down.  
It's currently migrating data centers but the server is not just minecraft it's also my what.cd collection, which is pretty massive.
