We are committed to making incremental improvements to the community, servers and site. To do this we need admins, but more importantly we need people that are willing to pitch in and do the grunt work necessary to keep the community going, growing and fun. So we are now offering a path to becoming an admin, but keep in mind that admin is just a tool for those who want to be community helpers. The path to admin is simple, volunteer to take on something that needs to be done or point out something that we could be doing and then do it. If we like your work, succeed or fail, we will start you at the bottom tier of admin powers. Here's some examples of things we need done:
-Seeding Red and Blue
-FNF management (make sure things go smoothly)
-Weekly events (existing or new)
-Special events (new - as in up to you)
-Come up with a plan to expand us into a new game
-Anything you can think of to make the servers/community better
If you want to help out and become an admin PM me and/or Caffeine with what specifically you want to help out with and we will get you started. In order to even qualify we must be able to trust that you have good judgement and maturity at least when serving in an admin role, for this reason we reserve the right to deny anyone admin. Don't take it personally if we do, our responsibility is to keeping the community running smoothly and not who we like or dislike. Also know that we have enough admins that if one does abuse their power, they will lose admin permanently.
