Biggest piece of news to me? Gunpowder weapons. This hints at a sweet gunslinger class, and I'm all for that.
In other news, the magic looks to be genuinely imnpressive. Lots of flashy effects and stuff make mages seem powerful, not like WoW with it's 90 different versions of Fireball and Magic Missile.

well, the little bit I played, it sucked balls by yourself. and when I was playing with friends: it sucked slightly less balls. Prob because we were lowbies, but imo being a lowbie shouldnt fucking suck for more than a couple hours, otherwise your game blows. I played for about a week in GW and it sucked the entire time.

It had great ideas poorly executed. Everyone is hyped about GW2 because it seems like they are finally doing a good execution.

pvp was fun if you got a good team together
also, they're shaking up the classic concept of tank and healer
dunno how but i read on some blog that they are trying to remove the idea of GLF healer
