Best friend I've gotten to know and chat with often for about a year who lives two states over decided to never come online MSN for over a week, I text/email him a few times asking what is up and he says he basically doesn't want to talk to me anymore for whatever fucking reason and wants to "break away".
What the fuck?? Goddamn I feel horrible, I don't even understand how I can lose a best friend out of the blue like that. What the fuck... wtf...

Did he actually give a reason or is he being vague?
The best you can do is write a heartfelt message, or better a real letter, and see if he responds to that. If he doesn't, then I hate to break it to you but it doesn't sound like he is being a good friend to you. Don't chase relationships where the other side doesn't reciprocate.

y'know, you might have something there. The one thing I've enjoyed is being able to eat pudding without feeling guilty/fat about it, but at 104F it doesnt have much of any taste to it....

Yeah dude, that's bordering on hyperpyrexic. I'd actually start measures to physically cool yourself off (ice, etc). If it rises any more then you need to seek medical attention man.

I sat in a tub of cold water and some ice for 30 minutes, temp went down a lot. And don't have insurance, so I can't go to a doctor :\

The only positive thing sitting in a tub full of ice would bring is a higher sperm count.
