Batman: Arkham City - Maxon - 10-18-2011

This game is just awesome.  I'm only about 5 or so hours in and I have enjoyed some pretty awesome fights.  The combat is better, the freedom of roaming around the city is exciting, you get all your gadgets and new ones and there is so much sidequest content and Riddler trophies.  From what I'm hearing it's about an 8 or so hour story on normal, but I think it's easily twice that if your trying to do all the sidequest content.  Highly recommend this game.

Re: Batman: Arkham City - backfire - 10-18-2011

Re: Batman: Arkham City - zaneyard - 10-18-2011

Re: Batman: Arkham City - Maxon - 10-18-2011

I actually have the PC version also, free with my graphics card, so I'll be able to compare them, but Batman looks really good on console still.

my choices for displays are either a shitty CRT TV or my computer monitor. the computer monitor choice wouldn't be bad if the output wasn't vga, and the xbox didn't only output some shitty subpar resolution. and for some reason the cable is either unshielded or something because the display is all ghosty.

I'm way past that part. Do you mean just trying to take out Penguin himself in the Iceberg Lounge or you at the area before it with "Tiny"? Man..."Tiny" scared the crap out of me lol

Re: Batman: Arkham City - Squishy3 - 10-18-2011

Re: Batman: Arkham City - Trace - 10-18-2011

[/quote]The latter part. Found Frieze, can't get him out of that cage-thing. Can't get his suit either...I assume you need to get him first cuz of Bats' comments when you go to fight Pengin.

Play old games you haven't beaten yet then get the better version of Batman next month for cheaper.

To unlock Freeze, you go behind his cage to let him out, then you'll go about fiddling with Freezes suit, then you go to fight Penguin, that is if you saved all the guards too.
