Gamecube Controllers - matter11 - 03-30-2012

I recently bought two new 3rd party gamecube controllers to use on my wii and they broke damn fast. Luckily I think I can still get a refund from amazon. Does any know which 3rd party is the best to buy gamecube controllers from? I'd buy official nintendo ones but they considered collector's items new and I don't wanna buy used controllers.

Speaking of which, I was playing melee last night and the joystick on mine is all weird. I'll have to figure out a way to fix it.

I wore out no less than 5 N64 controllers.

I was so good at Perfect Dark it hurt.

I have a fancy-ass metallic silver Wavebird.  It still comes in handy for brawl-offs.

I bet Gamestop and otehr stores have new controllers siting around in warehouses somewhere...

Funnily enough, I was at the Gamestop near my work after work. according to one of the guys who worked there, old games/consoles/etc that are being discontinued just get marked down over and over until they get bought.

Mario Party claimed many controllers among my friends, and it also created many blisters on palms

I think I broke 2 Nintendo 64 controllers when I was a kid. One of them was for mario party, the other one over time.

But speaking of controllers, did anyone ever encounter this?

My friend had one, but I've never seen another.

but unlike the original n64 controller, it appears to be designed for people with two hands
