Why would they make the online matchmaking so bare bones in options?
>serious mode 1v1 is the only mode with stock and it's only 2 lives
>I want to play teams with stock
>why no option to allow custom characters?

A shitload of DLC stuff got revealed today, mainly costumes and stuff.

【Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U】Mewtwo Strikes Back!

Mewtwo comes out April 28th, unless you registered both Smash on 3DS and Wii U on Club Nintendo. They get him April 15th.

【Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U】Lucas Comes Out of Nowhere!

Lucas also got announced for a comeback. [spoiler]Still no Mother 3.[/spoiler] He's coming in June.

It looks like tourny mode, a balance patch, content sharing, and that Miiverse stage will be coming along with the update. On top of all this Nintendo is opening up a poll for Smash Bros character suggestions, so make sure to vote for Goku or Shrek.
