General VS Plugin - Test Today - CaffeinePowered - 02-21-2009

Would anyone like to test this plugin

What it does

- Allows you to 'force' versus on any map
- Allows you to 'force' a permanent difficulty on a versus map
- Allows you to vote for a difficulty on a versus map

I would like to test this for functionality, for reference, versus difficulty would be, by default, normal, if people _WANT TO_ they may call a vote to bump it up to advanced or expert, which would be for the duration of the map only

I like.

Though I never see a match made on the server  anyways, even during FNF :-\

Theres some problems with the non VS maps, but I think they might be worth a friends only game

The biggest is the lack of climb points and wall breaks for infected, but they still play fairly well IMO

To do DeadAir or DeathToll, start a friends only lobby, get your 8 people, then an admin needs to manually change to the first map of that non-vs level

To change difficulty - in console

callvote changedifficulty (normal, advanced, expert, impossible)

To view current difficulty - !diff in chat, it will also display the amount of damage normal infected do

by default, the difficulty is set to *NORMAL*

sure

Just an update, this does not work for more than 4 people on the non-VS maps, it will boot people until it reaches 4 Sad

It does still work for adjusting the difficulty (again, you must VOTE to change from a non-standard setting)
