Fatkid was an interesting idea to say the least, but I think it would be better if you were picked for a team, and hit random and just played as that class. The problem is how do we know if they truely hit random or not?

Is there any way to force random class from the server? I know you can for team selection (at least you can on CSS so I'm assuming TF2 also)

I have to look at the class limiter plugin, it *might* allow me to force random

Any chance of doing an all melee match? I know it gimmicky, but for a short match it might be fun.

Also, Highlander/Iornman sounds awesome

Oh! And another Hadouken fight Smile

Done all melee before, sometimes gets incorporated into RPS, and theres a few all melee maps.

I thought hadoken was one of those things, to quote Vandam, 'that looked better on paper than in practice'

I thought it was amazing, but I'm alone on this.

Glad to hear about the melee though Big Grin

On the topic, though, ironman/highlander/whatever-you-guys-worked-out-to-calling-it sounded great and i don't think we ever did that shit.  How bought a round tonight?

LOL, that was a fun FNF... I came home drunk from partying and hopped on th server, when spore rick rolled us all I could say was "Karaoke time!"

I need to be at the US FNF more often but I'm often a bit burnt out from organizing/playing in the Euro FNF...

Re: FNF/TFT - Feedback And Suggetsions - Scary Womanizing Pig Mask - 08-02-2008

tc_spectre worked really well in Euro FNF, and is my new favorite map, so I think it might be a fun choice for FNF. ctf_omega_redux was pretty fun as well, as was cp_egypt. Any chance of one of these map showing up next week?

Re: FNF/TFT - Feedback And Suggetsions - Luinbariel - 08-02-2008

egypt was a totally awesome map for FNF, the more folks the better if you ask me.

Also we've had a little impromptu karaoke since then, such as Canada Day and the 4th of July.

"America... FUCK YEAH!

I do not know how anyone else feels about this but I would not mind one map being regularly set to low gravity. My husband and I like it because it is a different style of fighting. Yes it takes some getting used to but being able to jump up in the air has a heavy and mow down half the team is always pretty fun. It is also great for snipers unfortunately. Most people that try it and take the time to learn it actually end up liking it.

i like low grav to but if messes up the server until a restart, then we allways forget to turn alltalk back on.

Nope, it doesn't. We could put a low-grav map up for RTV, it could easily be reset on mapchange, but I honestly don't know how often people would actually RTV to a low-grav map. Some admins can also change gravity, but imho it's very much discouraged unless EVERYONE wants it as it delists the server and drives out anyone who doesn't like it, etc etc etc.
