Delete the goddamn thing already.
It's not going to download, the game server either wrote bad data, hiccuped, or something. The file was there and getting served to every client request (including mine) but rejected by the client for some reason. It's been pruned by the game server already (replays are only saved for 1 day by default) and there's still like 7 of you who have the replay saved in TF2 and it's trying to download them every 30 seconds when it's running.
Thanks for rolling out yet another feature riddled bug, Valve.
