Just for all who care, Civ IV with all the expansions is temporarily only $39.95 now. Civ IV rocks but the Beyond The Sword expansion is really worth the effort as it makes the game so much more fun.
Shame I couldn't make Civ IV saturdays yesterday.

I just ordered the Civ Chronicles pack for $25. Doesn't have the Civ IV expansions, but I know an overstock seller on ebay where I can get those for $5-10 with free shipping. And on the plus side, it DOES have a fuckton of awesome other stuff aside from Civ IV.

I would love it if enough people get the expansions so that we can play those, espionage for example is totally worth it in BTS and thats just the start.

I will shortly, shitty thing about my job is I do a bunch of work and then I get paid for it 1-2 months later. It's coming up on the time when I should be getting paid for some stuff I did a while back.

How about this Saturday we divide our play groups among who has or doesn't have expansions. I'll be in the Beyond the Sword group.

I may actually go out and buy some hardcopies for myself, or take advantage of the Steam offer. The copies I have are my friend's that I installed a while ago.

I've never had problems playing online, though, so we'll see. This is definitely a game that deserves my cash, though.

For the people who are interested in playing with the expansions, this fan patch is quite recommended because it fixes some last bugs.
