Re: The Drunk Thread - zaneyard - 10-12-2014

Got kinda drunk last night and kissed a friend who was also drunk white girl wasted. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing yet; I think she has work today so I haven't talked with her yet.

A kiss does not mean anything romantic. Remember that.

It certainly can. Context is key here. If it's some rando and a peck on the lips then yeah, I wouldn't necessarily see that as a sign of romance. If it's someone he knows well and knows how she generally behaves, or if it was a little more involved it could be a different story. Either way, it can't hurt to see if she's interested.

Re: The Drunk Thread - zaneyard - 10-12-2014

Honestly I really doubt she's interested in me.

Only problem with what I did is when it boils down to it I took advantage of her. I didn't mean to do it like that but it still kinda happened that way. She was pretty drunk and she's emotionally distraught because of a (semi) recent breakup. If it was just some random from a party I wouldn't give a shit but I actually like this girl a lot as a friend (that's not to say I don't find her rather attractive) and I feel like it was probably a bad move. I'm just hoping it blows over and we get a do-over.

I need to be drunk right now, but I also need to drive six hours and be in Rhode Island tonight. Damnit.

Re: The Drunk Thread - KarthXLR - 10-26-2014

So much alcohol this weekend. If I was a weaker person I would say too much.

Re: The Drunk Thread - zaneyard - 11-15-2014

So I checked out the new Bird Dog Whiskey flavor: Maple.
The little card attached to the bottle said to put it with ice-cream like a sunday. Figured I could make it into a float kinda thing.

WRONG
Jesus fuck is that shit strong. I'm good with whiskey normally but I don't know if I even want to finish that bottle. I gotta find something to mix it with to make it bearable.

Re: The Drunk Thread - matter11 - 11-18-2014

Had some Kentucky bourbon barrel ale on draft this weekend. Exceptionally smooth with a tasty mellow flavor. Stouts are obviously the standard for bourbon barrels but I thought the lightness of the ale went wonderfully with the bourbon flavor.

Also Blithering Idiot, a smooth barley wine by Weyerbacher, is one of my favorite ways to get drunk at 11+%

This is one of the many reasons I think Wil Wheaton is awesome... I'm not a big fan of Newcastle, but this ad was great...

Newcastle- Wil Wheaton "Unbeknownst"

Blithering Idiot is not to be played with.

Ask Caff about high-test, he went with some Rumpkin 18% last week....
