Drinko de Mayo has started. I'm peppering up a 4-pack of Dogfish Head Imperial and got some fresh fish & chips from the chinese restaurant next to the liquor store. And I'm having a beach vacation indoors, away from all the rookie yellow-beer-and-lime drinkers on the roads tonight.

Update:
Dogfish Head Ninety Minute Imperial Ale. Delicious. Sticky-icky hops, almost enough to turn the beer green. But it's dark brown and earthy too. Comes in 4-packs, one of those was all I need for a night.
Drunk while playing L4D2 does not work for me. I was running out of energy, and about to construct additional pylons. Sorry for bailing out but I quit before I could rage.
And here I am punched in early morning California time, with the best of microwave and freeze-dried brerakfast and lunch awaiting me. Good (damned) morning. I'm going to have to get veggies on the way home or I'm gonna have a bad time.

Me and dad went to the store to get some food to grill, and they had a nice pint bottle selection. Picked up a bottle of Hennepin ale. Tasted pretty nice, bit too hoppy for my dad's liking but I like hoppy once in a while. Very frothy, also has some citrusy and flowery notes to it. Probably would get it again if the mood ever struck me.

i know drinking before 7pm is considered an alcoholic thing to do and so is drinking as soon as you wake up but is it alcoholic if you just woke up and its already past 7pm?

My coworkers and I often drink beer during lunch (usually sometime after noon) and I wouldn't consider any of us alcoholics. Context is what's important.
