New Warioland, I friggin loved the first one on the DS original gameboy, looks like it will be fun and use the Wiimote in some decently cool ways

Never played it on the DS, but the original Game Boy Warioland was pretty fun.

Like the art style in the video. Smile

It's looking pretty good to me.  I guess we'll probably see more next week...

Sorry, fixed my post, I meant the one on the Gameboy, there was none on the DS. Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land, best in that series IMO

Rocket Rabbit hat was the bessssst. Though the dragon hat, that somehow worked underwater, was pretty fucking awesome.

I vaguely remember playing the Gameboy game and enjoying it..wow that was a while back..

Fuck you all, WarioLand 3 was the greatest. Just because it terrified me as a child because the final boss was a damn clown.

Re: Warioland: Shake it Up - Versus - 07-10-2008

Looks fucking awesome, I love the art direction too.

Re: Warioland: Shake it Up - Surf314 - 03-25-2009

Just started playing it.  The base game is easy the extras are hella hard.  It's like video game schizophrenia.

Re: Warioland: Shake it Up - Squishy3 - 03-25-2009

I'm sad nobody has traded this in at work because everybody in my town is "OMG WII FIT IS SO AWESUM"

Re: Warioland: Shake it Up - Squishy3 - 03-27-2009

Okay, just picked this up because it's been staring me in the face at work everyday shouting "BUY ME". I am thoroughly pleased, although I have no idea how the fuck you're supposed to get 10,000 coins on the tutorial stage. That stage is rigged.

Re: Warioland: Shake it Up - Surf314 - 03-28-2009

I'm sending this back.  Playing this game made me realize something.  These old school type games aren't really meant to be fun, they are meant to be appreciated.  They are like pieces of art made to be interesting and frustrating, but the enjoyment is something you have to bring to the table.  Unfortunately I didn't feel like hacking through the challenges and the base games difficulty is extremely sporadic.  It's like a mega man light game.
