Thursday Mod Nods 7/3

I voted Dystopia since it's the only one of these I have already installed (my brother and sister play it religiously), but I'd totally forgotten about Battlegrounds. I think it'd actually be more fun if most of the people here hadn't played much Dystopia, considering it's fairly steep learning curve. I'd also be up for giving Insurgency another try.

I jumped on, and I must say I never really knew of the awesomeness of HL mods before. (I had the original HL and such but never got into it nor the mods) I had fun on the Jailbreak server where everyone was until some doofus on my steam friends list msg'd me and it CTD'd me

I loved that one round, where I jumped back on the server and the whole red team crashed. YEAH!

It's got its bugs, but I thought it was really fun overall. There were a couple of :-\ maps, but it also had some fun ones.

Trust me, I was just as surprized as you when the smg won out.

I thought it was pretty fun except for the jail part. Some of the maps were pretty cool, and the guns weren't bad. They should just take out the jailbreak thing and make it a DM mod.

No, jail was cool, if there was an over intricate way to get out.

My only problem was they took good solid half life 2 physics and said screw em and gave us the crazy buggy physics they did.

Yeah half the time jumping was so buggy. I could pull off better jumps with a TF2 Heavy.

I found it somewhat fun, would have been infinitely better if mongoose had put the server up with all talk
