yeah, i actually got out a multimeter to check that I didn't fry one of the 12v rails on my power supply.  Nope.  

I mean, I've never had a problem with a Sapphire card before.  WOOOPS.

Regardless of how tiring things get, the prospect of hope is there so long as there is another day ahead. There must always be a reason to push forward, even if that reason boils down to death being a non-option.

Not about my life but someone I know from work.

I've made a couple friends at my theater job, one of the being a projectionist who recently threatened to quit after 3 years of working full-time for them. Me and him have good chit-chats all the time, so I asked him about his life after work today. He spoke about a lot of odd-jobs he had done, how he has been financially unstable throughout his twenties and didn't go to college. At one point, he mentioned his ex-fiance. I didn't want to ask him directly about it, as it might have been why his life had been more stressful lately. The conversation continues for about half-an-hour before I bring it up. He tells me he had been dating her for 2 years when they got engaged. Aparently she had gotten an large amount of credit debt she hadn't told him about. She didn't want him to end up with this massive debt in marriage, so she committed suicide. He said he was pretty lost after that.

Sounds like he's had a rough life.
