Slightly on the same topic, I'd like to confirm/deny something, seeing how you're a local; I've heard that Canadians in general are still well received in the Netherlands even decades after WWII, true/false? I've heard some stories from a few mates that depending on the city, having a Canadian flag on the backpack can really change peoples moods for the better.
