50 hours and 10 extra for preordering and 100 RTW points which is almost half the cost of 20 hours more.

Edit: Just bought this game
Edit2: I let steam install which put in maybe 100 megs or so of stuff and then I moved all the files from my other install over except the launcher and it seems like everything is working. May have saved myself many hours of re-downloading, or given myself many hours of headache.

They gave everyone an extra 5 hours for the keys to the city event. So maybe we can play some more? I might be free Wednesday or some other time. Going to some fancy pants beach place for my Grandpa's Bday.

so yeah this is kind of retarded. My game is only downloading the launcher and not the whole game and when i try to launch it a window pops up asking if i want to run APB Launcher. I clicked yes and nothing happens >

Well I put a few hours into the game after getting a key and it's not too bad.  Hunting down other players is pretty fun, though its pretty obvious this game needs buddies to play with.  Chasing down people can be tough if your doing it alone and it's a car chase.  The chase lasts forever unless he makes a mistake and crashes, but if you get a four dour and get buddies inside, they can nail the shit out of the guy.

Not really sure on the pay scheme at all or the long term value of the game, but it's different.  It's basically like playing Saints Row in an open online world.
