"Just one day after the launch of America's Army 3, the U.S. Army has opted to close its main Emeryville, CA-based studio"

A representative for the America's Army confirmed the news with Shacknews, noting that future development for the free-to-play PC military simulator will now occur at the program office in Redstone, AL. Exactly how many developers were affected is as-yet-unknown.

"This consolidation will allow us to gain efficiencies between our public and government applications," the representative explained. "

My opinion is to not expect a patch or anything fixed anytime soon. Sad

Considering no one cares about the game, I don't think they really care about this.

Says u

I luved AA back in the day, and was hoping this would revitalize my interest  :'(

Tis a sad day for AA fans out there.  Apparently it was without warning too and the game was released on an impossible deadline, if a quote from a dev on the officals forums is to believed (and he said they had a patch in the works for the bugs, but now they do not because they got shut down).
