Basically, I'm looking for a game with customizable mechs or somethings that end up being engines of destruction. I know Mech Assault series, but other than that can anyone think of any?

Chromehounds is a 360 game.  And nothing like Armored Core.  Most mech games on PC are sims.

There's a lot of mech games that are almost as or even more customizable as AC. The problem is AC plays really fast and arcade-y compared to most of them Sad

If you haven't played Starsiege it's pretty fun though.

It's fucking awesome. We have it at work. However, if you die too much, something terrible happens. Not ruining it.

I wish I could track it down. And it should delete your save, that would be epic.

They sort of advertised that with the game.  Don't you just have to hit the manual eject to avoid that?

There's a flashing red eject button with a flip-up cover over it. When your mech is about to explode, if you don't hit that button in time it deletes your save file.

Also I don't see any reason for spoilers on a 7-year-old Xbox game that very few people will ever get to play.

Sadly. One of my game stores has it for play.

Another game of the blink-and-you-miss-it variety on Xbox: Phantom Dust. Trading cards in real time? Fuck me silly.

Yeah I've had a couple copies of that. Too bad it doesn't work right on 360 Sad

Stranger's Wrath was the game that made Xbox original worth being built in the first place.
