Went in to pick up my paycheck after given a week off because it's the "slow time at work. With an amazing stoke of vagueness and cowardice, I was informed that there's no work, but they'll "definitely call me at some point".

Also i don't know a thing about Proxies, and i really think it can't fool steam, since it seems to keep a log of everyone's location.

Grades came out and I did OK. But I was expecting better. And the thing that is really getting me is that the grades have pretty much nothing to do with me knowing my shit. I did the worst in a class I knew everything on the test because I'm bad at taking those kinds of tests. And I did pretty good in a class I really did not care about because I'm good at the kind of test he gave. The other thing that is really kind of shitty is that I'm probably shut out from a lot of opportunities, law school is shitty in that a lot rests on your first semester and you get zero second chances since classes only have one final your grade is based on.

Looking on the positive side: I know I know my shit regardless of the grades, I worked hard and learned and understand everything I was meant to. Also I know what I need to work on, the grades pretty clearly tell me that my failure was in taking these kinds of tests (which I've never taken anything like before). Also I guess I have enough connections to still get opportunities. The plan now is to really go for an EFF internship and do work really hard at it, or get work through a family friend in Miami who is kind of a hot shot. That should open a lot of doors that were closed and hopefully give me the chance to show I'm as awesome as I know I am  ;D

Ran over a tack on my way to work tonight, but left it in figuring that it would plug up the hole and not let too much air out.  Well it fell out.  Now I have two bikes.  One with no front tire, and another with no front brakes.  It's also snow/icing all over here.  So tomorrow I get to either ride on a broken bike, or walk up to work.  I also talked to my ex for the first time since I drunk texted her on new years eve, she offered me a ride home, but I said no because I didn't want to have to walk up tomorrow and I'm a stubborn jackass.  Now I have to walk up tomorrow anyway, and I look like a jerk to her.  In the meantime I haven't been on a date in going on three years, and have been working at my shitty restaurant job that whole time.

I had to present a project today, one that would give me enough money to move by car to school. It's on my old High School doing a course about geek stuff.

So i prepared my super duper presentation on ppt that i had to present at 9AM, only at the last moment last night i decided it wasn't what i really wanted to present, so i decided to start one by scrap. Started at 11PM, started with the design, adding pics and all that fancy stuff. At 2AM my internet goes away, so i just "meh" at it and start doing the ppt trying to figure out where the pics would go. (The ppt included a lot of timelines).  Internet came back at 6AM, i was like "Okay, i'll finish at 6:30 AM since i only need to put the pics". Another problem ensued. Pics looked like crap on my imaginary design, so i had to rebuild everything again.

8AM hit and i just finished the ppt. So i rush on the bathroom for a quick shower and shave. I start cutting off my neckbeard (since i like my semi mustache and semi goatie, i decided to leave them). At half of my neckbeard, the shaving machine's batteries emptied. I start looking for a wire but i can't find any, so i say "screw it" and pick up a Gillette. Due to sleep, i cut a part of my goatie so i had to cut it off entirely. Then i noticed my mini mustache didn't look good with the goatie, so i had to cut it out. I look at the watch: 8:35AM.

I don't have the time to grab the bus, so i ask my dad who hasn't even woke up to take me there. He gets annoyed but doesn't complain because he knows how my day was. I open the gate so he could get the car out and my puppy runs away so both me and my dad have to run after her. I pick her up but she had mud on her feet so i have to go inside and change my shirt.

Finally we arrive at the place. My dad says he forgot his cellphone so he must return inmediatly because he was waiting for a meeting, i'm like "okay, i'll be done on a while so you can pick me after the meeting". He's like "sure, good luck". I'm starting to feel that everything is going OK now. I say hello to the guard, he picks my data, lets me go in, and when i'm about to enter the meeting room, the guard tells me the only thing i didn't wanted to hear:

"Uh, the principal reported sick".

I gently told him "Okay, i'll just wait for my dad on that couch". Problem is they were having another meeting right in front of the fucking couch. I was falling asleep on the couch when one by one all my old teachers stop to say hi. Problem is i had a dickface so long i think they made a wrong impression.

I got sick of waiting and called for a cab, costed me all the money i had with me.

And now i want to sleep and i notice the freaking workers who are building another room at home are back.
