Except for the guards, they were pretty chill in Oblivion; always running around with their Scum Sense tingling. Was a delight.

Oh yeah, and adding Lonesome Road adds some of the fun stuff.. GRA adds stuff from Fo 1 & 2, and the rest of the DLCs aren't really worth the cost of one of them, let alone the combine cost... (...Except Old World Blues)

I like messing with mods now that I've beaten it a couple times. I downloaded a classic fallout weapon mod that adds something like 70 guns from Fallout 1, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics.

Loading up an M2 .50cal MG with the Explosive ammo from the GRA pack is OP as fuck but hilarious.

Explosive 50 cal rounds? Believe me, the Tiny Tots rounds for the Fat Man are much more OP and fun. Or better yet, the unique Fat Man adding a good 27~ DT just for carrying it.
