In my high-school driving class, I had to log a certain number of hours "observing" other fellow drivers from the back seat.
Well one day I was sitting there and the driver was some greasy ass kid who smoked a shit ton of joints. His eyes were so blood shot and he had like a real life like fucking 1000 ms lag.
He seriously wanted to drive.

Weed has been "legal" (long story but it's allowed to be sold and smoked) here for a long time... Smoked it for a few years myself, had lots of good times but I stopped because of a weird injury and never started again. My opinion is that weed is one of the softest drugs around while alcohol being one of the hardest. I've used quite a few types of drugs in my life and haven't regretted anything but I did the weirdest stuff while totally drunk though.

Also, I think experimenting with drugs is healthy if you keep it under control... Some drugs experiences have given me awesome ideas and one particular drug experience changed my life for the better. Besides, sometimes it's nice to see life differently than you normally do.

edit: just to add, snorting coke is the worse, cause it's instant gratification and yields about 85%+ of the coca in the cocaine, so you get more of a high quicker, which makes you want to redose more and more often.

So it turns out I have anxiety. Not sure what triggered it, but it lead to the panic attack. Makes sense, I'd always get really nervous in school when presenting or walking down the hall and thinking that everyone is looking at me. Anxiety is weird shit. If I think about my heart beating enough when it's beating fast (so after sports, whatever), I can give myself palpitations...

But it's good to know that it's completely unrelated to weed in any way. Although the increased heart rate was probably the trigger and those stupid false facts on the internet made me shit bricks.

Man, I thought I had anxiety for awhile. I was even taking medication for it. Shit sucks... I would always freak out about taking the bus and making sure I was on the right one, even though it was the same bus to and from work at the same time every day. I started to freak out about my job too and took a week off to just... get away from it all on the farm.

I spoke with a counselor about it eventually, and it was the best thing I ever did. We figured I was actually just super fucking bored with my life and that nothing was challenging me mentally, and so I finally got the balls to enroll in university. It was one of the best decisions of my life. It changed the way I look and feel about everything. All that anxiety is gone.

I mean sure I still get a bit nervous about presenting and stuff, but nothing abnormal. Now, I love to push myself to be the first to present and to face that like I faced the anxiety issue. Might not work for everyone, but consider talking with someone about it. Medication only made me numb, it didn't teach me how to deal.
