So I've equated these panic attacks = greening out. So I porbably just smoke too much lol, maybe my limit is smaller because of anxiety or something?  ???

Also, greening out usually refers to when you stomach the smoke, instead of inhaling it in your lungs, and then you get nauseous  and vomit.
Panic attacks are strictly a personal thing.

A simple search for marijuana panic attack produces a lot of results. It's more common than you think.
[/quote]Yeah, I've done a lot of research. I'm really not worried yet, since I've only had 2, and the second one wasn't nearly as intense as the first one. There's probably some way to prevent them all together, and I'm going to find it. Tongue

I love weed. I don't smoke it a lot, but when I do it makes me feel good.
Best weed I ever had was home grown organic BC bud that I smoked with a shaman guy in a room full of crystals. It was wicked cool.

Seriously, like most drugs it needs to be used intelligently, but it's hardly as bad as some governments would make it seem. I've never been hurt by someone who's high, but I have been by someone who was drunk. I have had really great spiritual/intelligent discussions while high, not while drunk because the toilet doesn't talk to me when I'm puking in it. Alcohol makes me lose control if I'm not smart about it and I don't like losing control, weed just makes me mellow.

Sooo, apparently ADHD (which I have) goes almost hand in hand with anxiety, so I'd assume that's where the anxiety originates from. I thought my Strattera (the medication I'm on) might be the cause of the panic attacks, but trying a day without taking it, I'm anxious as hell.

Now I only get panic attacks when I smoke upwards of 3/4 bowls, so I'd assume there's some kind of tolerance-related issue. I'm going to try lavender oil to calm the anxiety, while not high and not on my Strattera, to see if it works.

This can happen -- it used to happen to me all the time. If you're having panic attacks, you can ask your doctor to try a PRN (something you only taken WHEN you're having an attack).

Most PRN anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) drugs are habit forming and can make the anxiety more severe.

The reason is the symptoms of withdrawal from anxiolytic drugs are very similar (if not experienced as the same as) the initial anxiety.

If you want to improve the anxiety, it's probably best to talk to the dr. that is prescribing the strattera about your anxiety symptoms, and be honest about your drug/alcohol use.

Additionally, it sounds like you are mixing Atomoxetine with THC. I'm no doctor, but a quick Google shows countless studies on the combined effects, so it sounds like there is a known reaction of the two.

To mirror Rumsfald, see your doctor.

it may be feels good man but i dont think
"The long-term adverse effects of benzodiazepines include a general deterioration in physical and mental health and tend to increase with time. Not everyone, however, experiences problems with long-term use. The adverse effects can include cognitive impairment, as well as affective and behavioural problems. Feelings of turmoil, difficulty in thinking constructively, loss of sex-drive, agoraphobia and social phobia, increasing anxiety and depression, loss of interest in leisure pursuits and interests, and an inability to experience or express feelings can also occur.[9][77] Additionally an altered perception of self, environment and relationships may occur"

I'm not sure if this is sarcasm, but if you're actually dropping your benzo, depending on how long you've been taking it, you might have some withdrawal symptoms, which from what I've read, are pretty harsh, and you'd need to take diazepam instead of the benzo in the same amount, then cut that amount by half every week or 2 weeks depending on the withdrawal
then again loltakingadvicefromtheinternet go see your doctor if you're actually serious about this
