Wii:

Mario Tennis
Super Punch Out (SNES)

3DS:

Bird & Beans (Pyong from Wario Ware)
Mario's Picross

Just got a 3DS XL on sale at Best Buy for $160. I think the offer is good until next Sunday in case anyone else is interested. My friend code is 5171-9742-1223.

It surprised me how good it was. I might actually have to keep an eye out for it.

You can do what I did and download it online, but I rather have a physical copy too.

Got Deb the promotional 3DS loaded with FE: Awakening. Looks like I'll be back to solo gaming for a while.

I think you can spotpass eachother and battle each other's armies. If that helps at all.

So Target is supposed to have a deal for $130 original 3DS, $160 3DS XL (included the limited edition Pikachu one): http://slickdeals.net/f/5907428-Target-P...-3-24-3-30

And now Toys R Us is supposedly going even further with a $150 Pikachu 3DS XL (not sure on the other models): http://slickdeals.net/f/5915380-Starts-0...3DS-XL-150

This is supposed to happen on Sunday. Looks like it'll be when I finally jump on-board this train.

Got my XL at Target with that sale, got a few games with their buy 2 get 1 free deal:

Fire Emblem Awakening
Super Mario 3D Land
Mario Kart 7

Fire Emblem's held my attention of those. I haven't really gotten grid-based strategy games until now, so this is something I'm still getting used to, but I'm getting to understand the common strats there.

I also ordered Luigi's Mansion and Virtue's Last Reward on Amazon, those showed up yesterday, and I've gotten a couple hours into VLR so far. I really enjoyed 999 (the previous game in the series, was on the original DS), so this is great so far, loving the voice acting and significant bump in production values.

Tim was very kind to sell me his 3DS.  I still have payments to make to him at his discretion. Friend Code is this: 4098-3295-0639

The regular 3DS can cramp your hands after an hour or so. The XL fits the hand a bit better and doesn't have the glossy coating that Nintendo loves to put on their products.

Note: Kid Icarus Uprising will kill your hand regardless of what 3DS you use. This is literally the only game where the 15 minute break every hour warning should be taken seriously. However, it's also one of the best games on the system.

If you have not bought a 3D-Pokemon Playing Device, you probably should in the next two days...
