Yo so this game kinda fell off the face of the earth anyone try it out or want to?

Played it for a little bit today. It's fun but only in short bursts. Seems a little grindy to encourage real money transactions and the only way to modify cosmetics is by spending real money.
I just don't really have my attention held in games anymore unless there's a story or in dota. Shooters just seem shallow now.


Also, first match in against max level people and I was MVP. Upgrades are insignificant really.

I played is alpha when it wasn't  for testing purposes. If was an Apia but even then didn't feel like I could get into it.

The problem with hawken is that it looks really sweet and amazing in previews/videos/etc but when you actually play it's pretty much just quake with about half the weapons and speed, being forced to use the same two weapons each match, and without any of the powerups/ammo/etc

Yeah I tried MWO today and even after the first match it seemed like it had tons more depth than hawken. Still fun to blow shit up in though.
