I like it so far. Looks like the black stripe could have been a tad thinner but otherwise it looks like fine work!

My only suggestion after looking at the ref and your photos is to have the shoulders more narrow. The seams are not lining up with where your shoulders actually end like in the pic but this is a really really really minor thing to worry about lol.
