Tried inviting you, says that "This users profile settings prevent you from contacting them at this time."

On the Cool Software thread, I mention PasswordSafe and Zaneyard mentions KeePass.

But can you guys actually remember those A4(*7N type of passwords? That seems like a problem to me.

Pteh, I don't.  I rely on the one password I know for my PasswordSafe, and if I need to put a password on something I pop him up, double-click on the entry for what I want to copy thing's password to clipbaord (I don't like autotype, it's flaky sometimes) and then paste the password to thing.

I have no idea if that made any sense.  I don't think it does.

Nah, if you make it something like 1@3$5^7*9)

where every second letter is the symbol instead, seems like a strong password to me.

I have 3 or 4 passwords I use, which for the most part are pretty good I think and in that style, and I do rotate new ones in as I feel is necessary. My issue is remembering all my logins, but I have a list of those saved in my gmail for that.

Are you going as rummy right now by any chance? Or does rummy have another account? I got some random friend request from a "rummy" who has no avatar and has their profile set to private. With all these people I know getting their accounts hacked lately, I'm a bit worried about adding said rummy, since I already have rumsfald in my friendslist...

Also, I would be devastated if I lost my steam account. I don't think I have any of my cd's from my games, I've been so reliant on the digital distribution service. Sad

Mother fucking liar.

That one night, you held me close, looked in my eye, and said "I can never have enough of you, Rummy."  I'm ashamed I ever believe that line.

But yeah, that is my second account. Yes, I am so cool I have 2 legit copies of the original half-life.

It's possible you logged onto a fake site because of a message like the one I received earlier today:

I'm not a retard. I just say to them "My username is ionic_in_maine and my password is Fuckyou" or something. I'm jut assuming it is because I used a single password for everything making it easy to get a hold of. Also, nice bump.

Direct correlation between me reporting that site to STEAM and that site not existing two days later.  Steam is god.
