Modified mIRC (Gamers.IRC) on desktop.
Modified mIRC (Gamers.IRC) on windows laptop. I use weechat via SSH so my client is in the cloud and I just remote into it when I wanna. It sends me gtalk messages for pages, which is how I do my creepy wizard moves.
