Agreed.

It's true you get the n00bs in matches and very rarely a griefer, but that gets fixed quickly.

Actually kinda funny today I completed Blood Harvest on expert with a bunch of random people and did pretty well up until the last map. I was the only one to survive the whole ordeal, but we got it done.

Next game I went into was Dead Air on Expert with a bunch of randoms and when we got to the end of the first map we hit the safe house and someone tried to kill me because I had under 50 health, but I still had a health pack and so did everyone else. He went out side of the safe house right as a horde came along and incapped him and I tried to save him which destroyed me. I very shortly left that n00b fest.

This community was actually built out of the PC people that frequented Dtoid, not sure how many of us really still go there all that often. I check it maybe once a week anymore.

Long story short, drama drama drama, we'll go make our own community with black jack and hookers, drama drama. And we keep posting general invites to the cblogs there for like TFT/FNF so we're still somewhat connected.

It's why I kept my console gaming in the Playstation. The PS3 userbase isn't nearly as bad as the 360. A lot of that is because the only people that can afford it are those that have jobs and the like so it's an older userbase. It's also why I converted to PC gaming for the most part..not nearly as many asshats as the others. Also cheaper games...amongst other things.

Shooters = PC.  Shooters on a console, while fun, are just too prone to griefing.  In addition, the kb/mouse is so far superior for aiming that it's not even funny.
