Patch notes say "reduced" but knowing Valve that could just mean it's gone.

In other patch notes, it sounds like they hopefully made the Smoker stop sucking so much and the Tank can hit multiple survivors at once, which is awesome.Â Maybe I will go play this again some.Â If I can stop playing TF2.Â Maybe.Â Probably not.

I have it from a friend who played recently that they do no extra damage. Which makes no sense. A flaming thing killglomping you should obviously do more damage than a nonflaming thing killglomping you.

It's still more effective than not being on fire as a hunter.Â Just not 3x or so more damage like it was before (where being on fire as a hunter and on a survivor for more than 4 seconds from full health incapped said survivor).Â I've noticed I still do more damage than without.

Also tank "fixes" ftw, though I miss tank parkingÂ :-X

Also THANK FUCKING GOD they made it so the generic horde doesn't fuck up your smoker tounge.Â That would piss me off so many times as smoker.

L4D was sweet about 4 months ago. Now I don't go out of my way to play it because it's lost it's appeal. It's not a bad game but unless my friends want me to play, I'll be on TF2 or Monster Hunter.Â Needs moar content, not silly little fixes the game didn't need.

The smoker needed to be fixed imo and to some degree tank parking as well (as cool as it was), I do want to see new content though, but that large patch was something that needed to happen.

Basically all of the patches were useful, not "more reasons not to play".

Granted, the tank through walls not working anymore is a bad thing for the corner humping asshats in end levels, especially Blood Harvest.

This, though I think someone said the tank can now hit multiple people right? That's a decent fix to that.

Possibly, but it's questionable, because 4 people with shotguns will take the tank to below half health before he even gets the first swing off.

Well I mean like in Blood harvest. If they're corner humping they won't get a shot off till he rounds that corner, and they can't shoot once they're hit so the tank might be able to lock them in a corner for fun times and cake.
