Been a huge fan of Valve since I finished Half-Life a decade ago, and they have only further secured my customer loyalty through each subsequent release.  What they've done and continue to do with Team Fortress 2 is above and beyond anything I've ever seen another developer attempt. (not a fancy quote, just my thoughts on the matter  8))
