I can confirm for sure that the Last Breath is NOT restricted, same deal with the Apparition's Aspect.

Ya, it's just a regular Misc. slot item.  I imagine the price point is pretty high, but I'm hoping to buy one with metal.

I have three two Strange Ubersaws to trade because Valve is trolling me and that's all I get from S32 crates.

Down to one S Ubersaw now, so only one of you can get one. I've been trading them for 1.6 ref, so I'll let you two make offers around that. I also recently unboxed a strange knife.
