I've always thought that there should be a server plugin so that whenever eightball's team is losing and he switches to demoman, this song starts playing for everyone (like the first 4 or 8 seconds of it).  Or maybe whenever someone like caff or 8ball join a team that is losing by like 3 or more rounds.
