I just went to this place nearby called "concrete city."
Here's a copy-pasta of the history behind the place:

Quote:The Concrete City was an early example of International Style architecture in the United States, built as company housing in 1911 for select employees of the Delaware, Lackawana and Western Railroad's coal division in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. It was eventually taken over by the Glen Alden Coal Company who, uninterested in paying for required improvements and unable to demolish it due to its robust construction, abandoned the property in 1924. It stands to this day.

In 1998, the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission declared Concrete City an historic site.

Houses have been used by Luzerne County Volunteer Firefighters as a training center, many houses exhibit fire damage, but still most are sturdy, except for the occasional collapsed floor. It was said that 100 sticks of dynamite could not take down one of the houses.

Nope, I'm talking about the small plastic airsoft bb's.

At first we tried sticking to rules, but it all eventually ended up in complete and utter chaos. My team barricaded ourselves in the pictured room, and everyone else attempted to get inside. At one point I laid on my stomach and looked over the edge, reached my airmag around the floor and into the lower window and unloaded on the other team, subsequently ending up with my entire hand now being bruised and covered in welts.

Airsoft is decent, but I prefer paintball.  Never had enough money to buy my own gun.  I just rent one every now and then.

I remember that mod, can't remember the name, but I remember being amazed at how many people played it.

Also, I used to play paintball, but it's too damn expensive. In airsoft, the ammo, air, and guns are ALOT cheaper.

Airsoft = win

I play airsoft with my friends at least once a week.

My personal weapon of choice:

http://www.getintosports.com/images/cach...9b228b.jpg

It fired at about 300 fps originally. I've changed the gear box, and the barrel which has upped it's fps to about 500.

Changing the gear box raised the firing rate a lot too. I don't know how many rounds per minute i can get, but im sure it's well over 350, which comes down to over 6 rounds per second!

Also, the original clip held about 68 rounds. I found a drum magazine online that holds over 3000 rounds!

Also i have a Tokyo Marui green-gas pistol.

My friends and i have played matches that lasted over 24 hours, of course we always feel like shit afterwards but it's always worth it.  ;D

What my friends and i usually do fozy, is use a hit point system. We usually do between 5 to 10 hits unless we do a 24 hour match, if you're out you become your team's "ammo boy" and carry around any spare weapons or ammo for your team. Also, sometimes we'll just ignore rules and do whatever.

In Finland most of the games have one shot kills rule, but if shot bounces from tree, building, etc, it won't count.
Nice hobby, I recom to try it Smile
