[/quote] When I was working for FedEx in the call center as an international agent, I can't tell you HOW MANY PEOPLE called in PER DAY asking about how much it would cost to send a flat of televisions to Nigeria, or questions about these cheques they were getting, etc etc. Common sense is unfortunately in shorter order than you think. |
