How is Civ 4 compared to Civ 3? What makes it that much different gameplay wise.

Multiplayer, nicer graphics, units don't have different attack and defence stats...
I can't tell much more since it's a long time I haven't played Civ3...
The city management system is easier to handle too.  Overall it's still pretty much the same gameplay, but there are enough little things throughout the game that were added and adjusted that just make it a much easier to manage and a more enjoyable experience than Civ 3.

Yeah, I remember my cities being in civil disorder and not doing shit in Civ3, which doesn't happen in Civ4.
it canhappen, you probably just keep using a spiritual leader, no revolts.
In Civ4, you get one citizen penalty for each Sad 's over Smile 's. (One lazy bum which has to be feeded by the others)
In Civ3, you get civil disorder, which is no production at all as long as  Sad 's > Big Grin 's. (Whole fucking city is revolting until you add fucking entertainers.) Also, note that there are 3 states for citizens: Sad , Smile , and Big Grin .

Okay I'm downloading civ 4 now.
As for a game, I figure that a good paced game (one move per 12 hours or something) or actually setting up a time for simultaneous moves or what ever would be good idea.
And those that can't do it, can't, and those that can can enjoy a good game.
I personally won't be able to join as college blows and I kinda want to leave now considering how much my family fucking pays to go there. Doesn't weigh good.

Feels bad man.

Leave to a cheaper, less financially burdening local art institute.

I'll have to look into BOTS, but I guess I'll try to get 2 pitboss servers going in the next couple of weeks on one of the servers I have access to, all I know is most of the time it's a bitch to pull off. 1 pitboss server will be meant for live games, the other will be set to 12 hours, simultaneous moves, both of them (for now) will be vanilla (until i can get bots working). I'm thinking this'll be started after I get home from work on friday night (saturday morning - 3 AM EST) so it'll give everyone time all day saturday to pllay in each...

I should have mentioned: NEXT friday night. January 2nd. I still need to pick which server I'd house it on though.
