I've had a copy of this for a while:

I like how it's 'More then complete', but it's missing the fifth book: Mostly Harmless.

My copy is signed and I found it for $24 in a bookstore in Fargo.

My copy reads 1986, I'm pretty sure Mostly Harmless was published in the 90's. I recall it was Adams 'give-in' book for the fans.
Which is also why it was the worst in the series.

For people returning things. It's a Christmas norm..but a lot of people are getting refunds for cold cash because of the economic suckage.

The store like slashed the prices from what my aunt paid for the stuff and wanted to refund the deeply discounted current price, so I got upside their heads with me crowbar, all headcrap bashing like.  And that's when mall security showed up, and I introduced them to some Newtonian mechanics.  I ran out of the mall- I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said "Fresh" and there were dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare but I thought, naw, forget it, yo holmes to Bel-Air. I pulled up to the house about seven or eight and said to the cabbie "Yo holmes smell ya later." Looked at my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air.
