Do you mean on like steam friends list or the steam group, or are you referring to these forums?

The steam group is public, anyone can join, anyone can sign up on the forums. If you want to talk to Ianki, CopulatingDuck, or Geoff (or someone else) about scheduling some kind of scrim or match you can add them individually to your friends list on steam or send them a private message here.
