Be Right Back, Uninstalling

The game probably won't come out till next year, but apparently they are teasing it already at E3 to industry folks, but a concept art piece has been leaked out, showing not much, though the other person in the picture may be like the spirit of the Master Sword, simply because the lack of a sword in Link's hand and to me, she looks rather sword like in design.

It's good to see they are actually doing something with Zelda beyond that weak looking Spirit Tracks (I've not liked a handheld Zelda in years and just didn't even want to play the DS ones).

At least that, since they didn't announce Zelda at E3.  Not that I can play it anymore, but at least knowing a new one would be out would be great.  It's pretty much the only Nintendo series I'm interested in anymore.

Phantom Hourglass was a pretty good game, actually.

Agreed, it has surprisingly good controls, the only *bad* part about the game was the forced stealth sections that you had to keep returning to, it wasn't horrible, but it was probably the weakest part of the game.

Minish Cap on the GBA was also good, not as good as Awakening...but it was better than Oracle of Ages/Seasons IMO

for some reason i hated the temple part in phantom hourglass, but i still enjoyed every minute of it afterwards. does that make any sense?

That's kinda the overall sentiment.  I'm still slowly working through it, picking it up periodically (I'm terrible at finishing DS games).  Love the main game, but the te,ple of the ocean king suuuuuuuux.  But I give them credit for what they were trying to do with it.  They just kinda didn't succeed.

Ehh, it looks better then Twilight Princess, but I've never dug "mature" link. Glad I have the Windwaker ark to uphold Young Lin,

Kinda looks like the Great Fairies or the Fairy Queen from Wind Waker.

Not that I can play it, but if I was still playing the Wii, I'd be pretty pissed.  And if they aren't gonna have it be a 2010 release, at least not committing to it, it will be over a 4 year gap between the last release.  That is just terrible, especially with such a big name series.  Not like they need that much time to "fully utilize" the Wii.  It's not a 360 or PS3.  They've kinda already hit the peak with the system.  Sucks to be a Zelda fan.

I cite Valve & Blizzard, I'd rather them take their sweet time and release something good than try to force something based on a hard release date

I just hope they're not trying to play the game of making it SEEM like they're delaying for quality, but in fact they're delaying to build hype :/.

I'm hoping that the [find 3 macguffins + find 8ish macguffins] formula gets a little bit of a shakeup, but maybe that's too much to ask. Did anyone else really dig Majora's Mask as a clever departure?

I'm just gonna say it. Majora's Mask > Ocarina of Time. There. That's all irrelevant though because Link's Awakening trumps them both.
