Looking to buy an SSD as my boot drive for my rebuilt gaming rig. I know someone (I can't remember who) uses a Samsung 32GB one. Anyone else have any experiences they'd like to share? I've done some research on the topic but have only spoken to one person who's actually used one.
Don't defrag it

lol

other than that, hf with it, those things are sex
Thanks for the protip, although I was hoping someone could tell me what brands were good / which to stay away from.
This article is a really good read if you're interested in SSD's. Budr posted it some time ago. The best ones as far as I can tell are the Intel X-25m's and e's.

Long article is fucking long. But super informative.

I'll probably be looking at a Vertex drive as opposed to an Intel, I don't have that much cash to drop on a system drive at the moment.

Flash-memory based hard drive. No magnets, no moving parts, just blazing fast transfer speed.

Also, read the topic title next time? perhaps search for it?
