Their scout has a bat, their sniper has the same sound when you fire, they have a heavy weapons character, and their demo-man-robot EVEN HAS ONE EYE.

from what i know, you pick a set of weapons (eg a class) and then you pick a character model, so you can be a one eyed scout or w/e
