Be Right Back, Uninstalling

So I picked up one of these little guys from NCIX.com and got it today. I have to say I'm having a blast with the little gyro, it lights up all cool and I feel some real resistance when using it, I broke my wrist in the summer of 08 and required surgery, my wrist feels like they have gone through a neat workout and I hope that I will keep on using it in the future. Does anyone else have/want one of these things and if you do how have you been doing, my RPM isn't great yet but I plan on getting better when I have more time

oh my uncle has one of these, but like, alpha 1.  it doesnt have the electronic thing on it



it actually builds muscle, gets pretty hard after awhile because the longer you do it the more resistance there is
