It's Batman: Brave and the Bold, but it has Neil Patrick Harris as the special villain, Music Meister. Three reasons why you should watch it.
#1: Neil Patrick Harris. Come on. He's effing awesome. (watch Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-Long Blog if you haven't)
#2: It's a musical type of thing. And NPH is singing. COME ON.
#3: It's Batman. Although this series isn't really good, this episode is great.
