Talk to Samara a bit more. Those super noble types need prodding to get at their personality. Also, you forgot Zaeed (who 100 percent counts as a character). Lastly, Jack is a better choice for Demoman as they have similar fuck everybody else personalities and Jacob is more a Soldier. Also, -1 for being so trollable in chat.
