Ya, this was curious.  Was hoping to find some answers here.  Post 'em if you got 'em.

Find the radio on each level. Bring the radio to the secret point on each map where it gets a signal. Rewarded with morse code or random garbly noise. Morse code translates into cryptic messages. Random garbly noise can be turned into even more cryptic images from Aperture Science.

Edit: Also, Karf is good at being late.

Edit 2: Theorists speculate numbers on the images signify a phone number that does... something. Anybody check that red phone at the end of Portal?

Throw the Green radios into the disintegration wall for some weird sounds and hushed voice.

Magic number is apparently a BBS. When used, GLaDOS asks for a username and password. Sketchy on further details.

Ack, I only found one more. I even went and noclipped through the ending and still couldn't find any. I'm still missing 3.

Edit: People are still working on the BBS problem. I hear people are about to try the cjhonson/portal username/password from the Aperture Science website before anybody knew what Portal was.

It does. There's one in the backstage room, one on top of the cage the catcher is in, and one at the bottom of the pit in that last room.

I'm pretty convinced there's only 2 in the escape though.

A lot of breakthroughs today about this..did someone say Episode 2 updated as well?

I think we have our Episode 3 announcement folks.

Newest theories point towards something happening March 11th. This is during GDC 2010 which Valve will be attending. Fingers crossed.
