Civ 4 is still civ 4, it's not lag, just long in between turns

no, last time we tried it it was legitimately laggy as all shit

I'm super down for this.  Just as long as everyone is in mumble so we can trash talk.

we'll play real time at first, since this is prolly going to take a while if we are a full team, then we can Play By E-Mail when we get multi-city
