Be Right Back, Uninstalling

Got it on PC because of the sale, and the fucking sun is black.  I did some research, and have the file I need to fix it, all I have to do is put it in my Textures folder.  One problem, it isn't there, here is the folder where it's supposed to be:

I'll have a look at mine when I get home, but have you tried just creating a textures folder?

If it's like Oblivion, then you need to play a few times before it makes texture folders.  The .bsa unpacks them when they're loaded (?), can't remember tho.
