As if it's not already explanatory enough, this is the place you nominate movies for Movie Nights. Preferably movies that are either silly in nature or easy to make fun of.

Just remember, if you're going to nominate something, be willing to have it made fun of.  Wink

Rules:
  • Movies can be bad, but must be at least watchable. No Battlefield Earth, Twilight, or any of that crap.
  • Preferably no horror movies unless they're laughably bad (such as Paranormal Activity or End of Days).
  • No nominating comedy's. We don't want to create an infinite loop here people.
The Wizard
Clue
Rockey Horror Picture Show
Addams Family
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
The new Wolfman.
Jesus Christ Superstar

but we already did life of brian  ???
If you hope to have a consistant audience, the movies chosen need to also be DECENT or at least ENJOYABLE movies on their own.  I know the idea is to borrow the techniques used by MST3k, but the reason bad movies can work for them is that, well, they are really funny guys.  Not to knock anyone here, but the MST guys are awesome, and would spend a lot of hours on each movie coming up with material to keep the viewing entertaining.  Not to mention they had editing on their side too.  I'm sure the commentators we use each screening will be entertaining, but I don't think we should heap all the responsibility on them to make the experience enjoyable.

Good movies are just as much fun to rip on than bad movies.  I rip almost every movie I see, whether I enjoy the film or not.

Thanks for pointing that out. After all, I'm sure none of us would want to put up a movie like Battlefield Earth or Hobgoblins.

When's the movie night?

Also, I suggest....the Far Cry movie...it was so terrible, directed by Uwe Boll.....they had a german guy play the main character...it was a mess...
I didn't even get what was happening

but maybe it's too bad of a movie to watch and enjoy like the Baspen suggested
Zombie Flesh Eaters.

I completely forgot that this movie was made, and would actually like to see it.  I think this is a solid 1st choice on a lot of levels.  Also, I was called "Baspen", so Fucks' post was extra valid.  Winner.
human centipede, i wish it on all of you

I think it was a mix of my lazy-ness to type out your name and my thoughts going "baspen sounds like bad ass and aspen together"
