Left click is getting a little soft making double / triple clicking errors and the scroll wheel goes up sometimes when I tell it to go down Sad

looking for some suggestions , or pros / cons for these mice i've been considering :

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.asp...6826153048
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=53879&vpn=...ure=Saitek

should add needs / wants

at least 5 buttons , wireless would be pro but isnt a dealbreaker
The RAT 7 looks amazing. But I have no idea how it would actually feel using.

sounds like a personal problem Tongue

To throw in my 2 cents: imho g5 sucks, they skip pretty terribly at low sensitivities. If you use a really high sensitivity it's not so much a problem, and you probably won't even notice, but for low-sense folks they suck. I have no idea what options Razer has for 5-button mice, but personally I won't be getting another logitech anytime soon.
Haha funny this thread should come up I just ordered myself a mouse from newegg myself. I narrowed thigns down and came to this:

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.asp...-_-Product

Though when I ordered last night it was about $35 with free shipping.

I wanted wireless but then I realized no one makes gaming mice anymore that are wireless which kinda sucks. My current wireless mouse is great but it's two years old and is falling apart.
All I can say is don't let FedEx ship it.  :'( :'(

I have a DeathAdder and it works fine, but I think the G5 is kinda the gold standard.

I have a Mamba.

Pros:
- Looks awesome, as does its docking station.
- Comfortable. Ergonomic with nice rubber pads on the sides.
- Ability to change sensitivity quickly using buttons.
- Switches from wired to wireless quickly and easily.

Cons:
- Scroll wheel squeaks sometimes when you mess with it too much (scrolling large documents or webpages). I just click the center button for scrolling though, so it's no big issue for me.
- Freezes on me sometimes. And by sometimes, I mean when it's almost out of juice. So don't forget to stick it on the dock when you're not using it.

Other notes:
- It's a light mouse, and doesn't have additional weights. I like the lightness and quickness of it, but some people want heavy mice.

yeah i hate light mice, fortunately my G5/G9/G9x mice, loaded with the heaviest weights, are satisfactory
just bought the new deathadder

my only complaint is that i have to use claw grip instead of my normal palm

The Mamba is large enough to accommodate a palm grip.

bigger than deathadder???
the deathadder is big
however, it doesn't work for palm

my copperhead was smaller and it worked
just the way the deathadder is lower to the [mousepad] makes it unable to be used for palm unless you have pussy small hands

*shrug*

I dunno.

All I know is that it is smaller than my old mouse, shown here. Great mouse, until it no longer registered my clicks.

Now that I think of it, I don't actually palm the Mamba. It looks like I am, but my palm doesn't actually make contact with the mouse. But I'm not clawing it either.

I'm confused.
